Theodora heads to Bleeding Hearts Tattoo in Nottingham to get a piece inspired by the markings on her cat's head, courtesy of artist Robyn.

As the ink takes shape, the pair open up about how their cats support their physical and mental health, anchor their routines and give them purpose, and unpack the misconceptions people hold about being young and disabled — one step closer to Theodora's goal of a body that's "a temple full of amazing paintings."
