EPISODE 5: BETTER TOGETHER

Printable PDF

Digital download colouring page inspired by Episode 5 of Spectrum Ink S2 where we meet trainee mental health Nurse, Olivia.

Olivia has a dual diagnosis of BPD and ADHD - and she visits Bleeding Hearts Tattoo in Nottingham to add a horseshoe to her country ink collection, courtesy of co-owner and artist Tash.

Tash also has BPD and ADHD, and the pair fall into an honest, open conversation about the artists who've soundtracked their lives - from Luke Combs and Zach Bryan to Ella Langley and Dolly Parton - and the moments when music was the thing that got them through.
