EPISODE 10: QUEEN OF CLAWS

Printable PDF

Digital download colouring page inspired by Episode 10 of Spectrum Ink S2 where we meet Just Bailey, an autistic drag queen from York who works as a rough sleeper navigator at a homelessness charity.

Just Bailey heads to Bleeding Hearts Tattoo in Nottingham for a lobster tattoo from artist Lucy.

As the ink takes shape, the pair discuss being diagnosed autistic at a young age, how theatre and drag became the first spaces that made them feel truly seen after being bullied at school, and the myth that autistic people can't be "too confident" for the diagnosis. They also talk about why the drag scene isn't always ND-friendly, and why performing on stage often feels safer than being off it.
